In today’s crazy world, productivity is on the minds of many. So what can science tell us about the human brain and productive work? How do we become more efficient at working, and spend less time working overall?

  1. I think tricks like these are very helpful but some of the things are just ugh !! I never feel like doing it.. we are not programmed to do the job that are not rewarding at the present moment.. delayed gratification is the hardest thing, and I feel like we need something to controls us (maybe the feeling of guilt, or rejection from a girl you like),, something that hurts you more than the pain of the progress and you say to yourself.. now no more! and take control over your life.. push throug the pain and create a history

  2. Writing down a realistic amount of tasks for the day is a great technique. I have noticed that when I can see on a piece of paper all the tasks that I have to complete, I concentrate more and waste less time during the day. Also, taking a break and not overwhelming yourself is really important.

  3. The single most important app that I have been using for my productivity for almost 4 years now is "Smarter Time".

I have used and continue to use all kinds of productivity softwares and similar stuff, but none so religiously like smarter time.

Overall, it's the second most imp. piece of software i use daily, after Google Assistant.

Please use this and make a video on it if you love it cause I don't want this app to shut down as I haven't seen a lot of people using it and/or making videos on it. It really is a hidden gem in the universe of productivity (more like one of the infinity stones for productivity).

  4. – get started
    – intense work + break (90 work – 15 break)
    – deadlines
    – document your progress with an accountability chart
    – stop multi tasking, make a list of what you want to complete
    – break a task into many parts
