I agree with the selections considering how often these players utilized speed in their game with one exception. I will say that Bo Jackson is kind of a reach considering we've seen players like Chris Johnson, Deshawn Jackson, and Randy Moss, Tyreek Hill. Those 4 were/are speedsters who demonstrated their speed successfully over lomg periods of time at hall of fame levels for most.
I lived in Oklahoma City when Westbrook was playing for the Thunder and watching him make it look like he was playing against kindergarten kids was phenomenal! His raw athleticism is off the charts. He could have played safety for any NFL team!
