I salute Dornoch and Luis Saez. Very well done but Seize the Grey is still my favorite. Not going to find excuses. This is horse racing. I will say that the mile went in 1:35 with STG in front. Got a bit tired but still never quit.
He won on Derby Day and the Preakness. Very well done and overall I think the best 5 week performance of any horse! Grade 2 on Derby Day, Grade 1 Preakness and a great effort on Belmont Day.
Congrats to winner but Seize the Grey has more to say about 2024.
God bless D Wayne Lucas. More happy for him than anything. He deserves the success and look forward to Caldera in 2025

Beautiful run for that race. I worked Saratoga for many years and really love that track. It’s amazing. I loved my time working and living there. I’m 57 now. I still have my win pictures from my years grooming.
Calling a win at 10F on the dirt at Saratoga a win in the Belmont Stakes is like calling a win at 8F on the dirt at Keeneland a win in the Kentucky Derby. In theory, it's the exact same thing!

All you complaining about the distance of the race need to quit your whining, if they were to run this race at a mile and a half at Saratoga, it would have to be started in the middle of the far turn, which I don't think ANY of you want
