A female coach (Allee-Sutton Hethcoat) fresh out of college takes over the cross country program at an all girls’ Christian school and attempts to lead them to their first ever state title. As the runners begin to train, the top 5 girls all deal separately with particular issues relevant to teen life. As each of these stories unfold, so does the wisdom of the young coach as she guides the girls along the pathway of life.

What a wonderful movie. For the past several years I have had the privilege of helping the coach at a local Christian school with the stats for a girls' basketball team. I appreciate having the opportunity to encourage them and watch as they really learn to run their plays and are a testimony, representing their school and the Lord Jesus Christ. The team won three straight championships and recently won their 500th victory in the history of the program. We have had six girls go over 1,000 points in their varsity careers over the years. They really have kept me "young at heart" and I love them and their families as dear friends. Bill D.
