46:19 it means they cam take the kid into the church to be put into the Church's care instead of offing it in a bathrub or something. A kid can also seek asylum in a church and they WILL deny access to any family or people chasing them to legally provide a safe space for any person…except all those choir boys and such that we arent noticing at this moment.
Side note, the church just calls CPS.
We used to have McGuff houses who had McGuff the crime dog next to their door and you could assume to be able to enter for safety with very little explanation
