The 2020 Intel MacBook Air is a giant waste of money. Besides this tech running hotter than the sun due to their sad excuse for cooling system technology, this computer is incredibly slow and always loud due to the fan going full blast to try to keep the laptop cool. Today I change the paste and see if it makes a difference, which it doesn’t. You CAN mod the heatsink with a copper shim to make it run much cooler though, but it wasn’t something my customer was interested in doing.

My computer keeps freezing, but i can move my mouse and hear everything that happens. I can even still use my mic. I’m forced to restart it using the power button, and i’ve already got blue screened.
