We’re going on a full Indian street food tour through the South Indian state of Karnataka! From Mangaluru (Mangalore) to Bengaluru (Bangalore), we’ll try some of the tastiest Indian food and see some incredible behind the scenes of what goes into the cooking.

In this full documentary I’ll show you all the incredible meals from our road trip in Karnataka, India!

We’ll begin this adventure in Mangalore, famous for seafood, especially fish fry. They coat all fish in a thick masala paste, and tawa fry them in coconut oil. The result is a plaster of masala that keeps the fish moist with an insane amount of flavor. Also, you can’t miss the original ghee roast! It was great to hang out with Martin and @JoelsTastyRide

We continued to Coorg, where we met up with my great friend @FoodNTravel in the mountains to learn all about the local food and eat a famous dish unlike any other dish I’ve had in India.

Next up on this Indian street food tour, we’ll visit Mysore (Mysuru), a cultural capital of India, known for a variety of delicious foods – and it didn’t let us down.

Finally we’ll meet up with @FoodLoversTV in Bengaluru (Bangalore), home to a near endless variety and quantity of Indian food. From 1000 kilo pots of biryani, to an Uncle who makes some of the greatest ever fried rice, you can eat non-stop in Bengaluru!

  1. Mark made it through the waste dump of the world, One of those countries I can't see myself going too, food is amazing, but hygiene is absurd and trashing the country is somewhat morally acceptable

  2. Every country has its own cuisine, some dishes are tasty or not tasty. But so far no country can handle Turkish breakfast because there you really eat what you need to eat in the morning. I personally couldn't eat rice or heavy things in the morning. So give me the extensive Turkish breakfast.

  3. I think it’s abt time mark and family hosted all the people over the years to say thanx for their hospitality and show how he has inculcated their cuisines into his household cooking

  4. The food he eats, is it really that tasty coz his reaction is same for every food he tasted be it India or elsewhere. Cmon it's not possible that it's outstanding everywhere u eat. Jus saying

  5. That Mangalore host with a beard, Martin looks like a joker, always looking at the presenter and asking "How is it ?" ha ha ha And these foreigners always behave like insane and anything given as FREE simply impresses them, because they never give ANYTHING free when someone visits their country !!!

  6. Hello Mark
I have seen a lot of foreigner food vloggers who cover just as they pass by stall, but you are unique, you showed diversity of food.
    Love from karnataka Bengaluru… ❤❤❤
