  1. Adeleke is not Irish. She is Nigerian. You can't just make a Nigerian woman Irish. That is like calling an Irish person Chinese. I think you Irish people are losing your Irish pride, your Irish ancestors would be turning in their grave at your multiculturalism. I am black nationalist and I don't trust multicultural white people. I get along better with white nationalists because they have pride in their race

  2. 10:05 these race walkers are clearly losing contact with the floor. How is this not caught by the refs? All of the steps in the final stretch from the Ukrainian athlete she’s losing contact with the ground and is basically running.

  3. These races need to be looked at for the runners not getting out of the way of the next runner after the baton passes. The last Polish runner had to zig-zag through 3 or 4 runners because they didn't get out of the way after passing their batons.

The 20k walk was questionable for the Ukranian finishing 3rd. If you watch her pass the woman who thought she had 3rd, her feet were both off of the ground as she "walked", which was then jogging, not walking. No review of that for a medal?

Missing results from a couple of the Heptathlon events.

  4. After reading the comments about the supposed English commentator, I had a sneaky suspicion that it was the inferiority complex talking instead of the commentator supposedly ignoring Ireland until he was supposedly shocked into mentioning them.

My suspicions were correct. Why are you focussing on us when you've just won Gold? Why do you need an overpouring of praise from us like you're special otherwise we're "Ignoring" you?

  5. to get passed so disgracefully after that long walk, it's gotta hurt. Total disgrace and a testament to the karma that happens when you don't give your best effort regardless of the competition.

  6. Don't get this "race walk" thing. Look at the womens 20km finish, Ukraine overtaking Spain, final meters: these two women are just running, there is a clear 6 frame long glide phase for the Spanish, even longer for the Ukrainain. This is not walking, nor race walking. Or rather, I don't get what it is supposed to be. Either you go as fast as you can, or not. Inventing all kinds of mechanical limitations make it similar to bag hopping. Plus, there clearly is no desire to even control the correct movement, as it is visible even on the Youtube compressed quality that they are not remaining grounded.

  7. Ireland did so well to get Gold in the mixed 4×400….but Femke Bol is a machine making up that 50m gap, she would've got silver and pushed for Gold if she didn't almost run straight into the back of tge Italian leg 3 runner when she started her leg….she had to check and run around him so lost an additional 10 metres before she got going.

  8. Klaver really didn’t balance her pacing well really fell off at the end. Bol would have caught 1st if they didn’t have such a deficit. That said the first runner for the Dutch was a bit slow
