Bromine is chemically very similar to chlorine, except chlorine is a gas and bromine is a liquid. It’s one of the only elements that exists as a liquid at room temperature (the other is mercury), and it’s also one of my favorite elements!
WARNING: Bromine is very toxic and corrosive, and is extremely dangerous if handled improperly.
