I agree that the patient didn't repent and surrender his life to the Lord. He didn't receive Salvation. How was the patient going to heaven?
Oh man, what a tearjerker! I knew it would be heavy, but whoa. Okay, honest critique: overall, the movie was very believable. The acting was a tad bit better than for some other Christian movies, so that was nice. On the downside, I do find it rather unbelievable that a girl of about four or five or six years old would get adopted out to another family and not remember her first family. So that's the unbelievable part. Another critique would be that as somebody mentioned before Jesus is never mentioned as the way the truth and the life. They let the old man pass without letting him know how he can be saved. Evidently, he already knew of Jesus, which is good, but right before Julie left to see her brother would have been a great place to insert the gospel message.
A couple more plusses: this movie ties together the loose ends fairly nicely. Some movies end and leave you thinking, "but what about…?" This movie doesn't do that. And I love that it ends with the family all together, adoptees and all, including Todd who was such a key player here. That was really sweet.
The lights go off while she sits in her house and she goes out side and locks the gate, WHY? 😅

Yes it would have been better with quoted scriptures but Jesus was mentioned and His Father God❤❤❤

Was a good movie. A surprise ending. But at leat their dad went to heaven happy and at peacebecause his hospice nurse was actually his daughter and she found her brother . They were all together as he passed.
Watching this video has brought me to tears. God is good and loving father.

I am very close to GOD. I had a severe motorcycle accident which had brought me closer to GOD. I went to Catholic school at a young age and was introduced to him. The school that I was going to had tried to introduce me to be a pries, but I didn't want to at the time. Although I was taught to always put him first no matter what because he is in control of everything. The plan he has for us cannot be changed because the steps and the doors we have to go through are his will. I had severe hear trauma, nerve Dave to my left side of my shoulder. I am good artist and I'm right handed too. Another door that I had to go through. My boss was a very understanding man. I went back to work only 9 months after the accident. Normally takes 3 years after a Trauma like mine. I do believe that this is another door I have to go through. I always respected his reasoning for everything.
Everything happens for a reason. Trust on God. God is always with you.
My late husband was never a religous man, but just three hours before his death, he told he that he could see heaven.

Today is my brothers birthday I miss him. HIS IN HEAVEN .this is my second time watching this. I cried cried. 😢 the remarkable part of story. Nurse told him .. not only that her brother came to see dad before he died. He changed his mind. Thank . 😊 There is god .. believe. ..

If you are a real Believer in the Triune God dead is a blessing, you go to much better place, being absent in the body is being present with our Lord Jesus-Christ.
I lost my dad about 3weeks ago. Watching this showed me how grateful i am to have been given the opportunity to be there by his side. Doctors told me he had a couple hours to 2 days left he had sepsis. I watched him become paralyzed and watched his health slowly decreased.i told him how much i love him and i told him i forgive him. I watched him loose his speech and he lost all control of his body. He saw people there that i cudnt see. God is real and so is heaven. Hell is real also. People its not to late to give your lives to God
