This pineapple sriracha salsa is vibrant, refreshing, bursting with all kinds of flavor, and yet is very fast and easy to make. The most difficult part of this recipe will be deciding what to serve it on – it’s equally good on tacos and pulled pork, and—believe it or not—it’s also superb on ice cream. Enjoy!

I remember my dad asking 40 years ago how good salsa would be on Blue Bell ice cream. I guess we are closer to finding out.
I love how you showed a variety of options/suggestions to use the salsa with!! I'm curious to try it on some coconut gelato 🤔
I making this tomorrow 🙂
Looks so scrumptious n easy to prepare
If there was one chef on the internet i would trust to prunounciate Sriracha correctly, it would be Chef John, on the other hand; if there was one chef i could count on trolling me by intentionally prunounciating Sriracha incorrectly, it would also be Chef John. Schrödinger's Sriracha.
I live in an old sailboat…..since Pandemic I discovered Food Wishes and Chef John……I learned how to cook…..many thanks ❤
Makanan apa itu
Looks amazing! I'm definitely going to try this one. Thanks Chef John
I have problem to call any smooth sauce a salsa… Salsa definition please…
Can't do spicy so I'll have to omit the Sriracha.
It needs to go on a good hot dog.
This video just made me so hungry! Heading to the kitchen now to make this❤❤❤.
that multilaminate tiny wooden spoon is the star of the show for me!
Thank you for this video!! This sounds and looks deliecious!
After seeing your recipe, I also feel like cooking. 😊Upload on khal please!

Chef, on the subject of a roasted beet salsa, it's very good to do a variation of a classic horseradish beet relish where you temper the heat of the horseradish by charring the horseradish as well as the beet before mixing up your sauce. I like to spike mine with a little tamarind to bring a little bit of sour to the sauce.
That Pineapple Sriracha looks good but lets talk about that burnt spoon. Chef John, Where do we get that awesome spoon?
I literally love it when ppl literally use literally correctly 🙃😆. But also, this salsa looks delicious. May have to make some street tacos this weekend
wowwwwwww
Marvelous!!!❤
No microscopic pinch of cayenne? Unacceptable
Fresh Pineapple Grilled over charcoal is absolutely delicious! Get a grill and try again!!😢
I would put it on fish tacos!
That looks delicious and what an amazing looking spoon!
If we don't get a video (Fail or otherwise) with charred beat salsa, I'm going to feel betrayed.
❤
That looks amazing! Thanks, Chef John! ❤
Chef John, what brand of immersion blender did you use?
I can't eat pork but I can definitely eat ice cream. This might be worth a try.
Do you think you could do this with Mango instead of Pineapple? if so, would you do anything differently?
yummmm. Thank you. What a pretty spoon!
Shiraza? Is that some new spicy red wine?
"We need some kind of char." To be char-ming?
I love this channel so much. I have just had a huge emotional upset and I decided to come here for some pleasantness. Chef John, you put me at ease every tome.
I like the way the blender cord kept beat with comments.
What, no cayenne?
Spicy ice cream is underrated for real
Make this, then make it the star ingredient in every course of your meal! 😄😍
Chef John, my husband and I have been watching your episodes for so many years and we love what you do.
Slightly warmed, I reckon this condiment could pass as an entrée..
Thanks for sharing the recipe chef.
Lacking in messiness
Cannot wait for the chicken thigh carnitas! I hope you have a breakthrough on that recipe soon!
Chef John on 🔥🔥🔥🔥 with these sauce vids
Wonder how i could make this but kick up the spice level even more, with keeping the same general flavor.
How many thought that he was going to make Sriracha from scratch?
Good recipe, anyway.
This salsa is too easy to make. omg I could eat this every day. I’d put it in an omelette or on a chicken salad sandwich!! Pineapple is a natural pain reliever also! Thanks Chef John!!
I think I might reserve half the pineapple. And then after it is blended chop it down the reserved pineapple to about 3/8ths inch pieces and then stir it in.
Maybe some of the onion as well
Looks amazing and easy. I love easy 'cause I'm lazy.
